Sacred Landscape Journeys

The beginning of my shamanic training started by visiting special places.

For us the landscape contains personalities. In very ancient times our ancestors had awareness of the energies and forces of nature, what can be called the secret or invisible landscape. they identified mountains, geological formations, lakes, waterfalls and distinct locations. These landscape characters have their own personalities, their medicine forces and their temper. Some favored the contact of the humans with the Divine and were chosen for temples or altars, some were providers of healing medicine and were identified as places of pilgrimage and remedy, some were adequate for teachings and spiritual exploration and some other sites were to be avoided by untrained individuals.  

In these sacred landscape journeys I offer you the opportunity to travel alongside me to a number of unique natural and archeological sites of Peru, often off the beaten touristic path, to explore connection and what these special places can invoke in us. 

This transformative journey will deepen your connection to the land and the ancestral spirits that reside within it. Learn how to align with these sacred spaces and open yourself to forming a meaningful relationship with them.

After several decades of exploring my country I have composed several routes to be done independently or combined. Some on the North or South Coasts, some cross country through different areas of the highlands or into the mountain jungle. The journeys can be tailored and structured according to time and interests.

           The destinations I propose I have previously explored or connected with personally.

This experience is designed for individuals who ideally have previously participated in plant medicine ceremonies with Hachumak and are seeking to elevate their spiritual growth through a deeper connection to sacred landscapes.

                                 This is a highly personalized, one-of-a-kind opportunity.

• I can take one to four people in my overlanding vehicle
• Moderate trekking and/or occasional camping should be expected depending on the destinations
• Immersion in waters, lakes, creeks, water falls or sea shores, if desired and depending on location. 
• Duration can be arranged according to availability and desired destinations.
• Nightly accommodation in local hotels along the route.
• Meals will be in local establishments and snack will be provided in the vehicle.
